These terms cover your use of LakerVoice, a community information assistant for residents of Highland Lakes in Leesburg, Florida, operated by D Hurd Farms LLC. By using LakerVoice, you agree to these terms.

Who can use it

LakerVoice is for verified residents of Highland Lakes. Access is granted by an administrator approving your sign-up request. Please do not share your sign-in link with others; it is tied to your account.

What LakerVoice does

LakerVoice answers questions about the community using information such as the event calendar, board minutes, newsletters, and community documents. It can also show alerts and, if you opt in, send you messages by email or text.

Accuracy and official information

We work hard to give accurate answers drawn from real community documents, and the assistant is designed to say when it does not know rather than guess. Even so, LakerVoice may be incomplete or out of date, and its answers are not official. Do not rely on it for legal, financial, safety, medical, or other important decisions. For anything that matters, confirm with the community office or the relevant committee.

Text messages

If you opt in to text alerts, you agree to receive community information, activity reminders, and emergency messages at the number you provide. Message and data rates may apply, and message frequency varies. You can stop at any time by replying STOP; reply HELP for help. See our Privacy Policy for how we handle your number.

Acceptable use

Please use LakerVoice respectfully and lawfully. Do not attempt to break, overload, or gain unauthorized access to the service, and do not use it to harm, harass, or impersonate others.

Your information

Your use of LakerVoice is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which explains what we collect and the choices you have.

Service availability

LakerVoice is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis, without warranties of any kind. LakerVoice may be changed, interrupted, or discontinued at any time.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, D Hurd Farms is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of, or inability to use, LakerVoice, or from reliance on any information it provides.
